Packages provide flexible scheduling while encouraging consistent therapy participation. Unused sessions expire at the end of the package period.
Superbills are provided for eligible services. Reimbursement depends on your individual insurance plan and is not guaranteed.
These are clinical therapy services provided by a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. In-home therapy is available in Knoxville, Tennessee and surrounding areas, with teletherapy available in Tennessee, Virginia, and Maryland where permitted by licensure.

LSVT LOUD®
An internationally recognized, evidence-based treatment program for children with neurological and motor speech differences.
LSVT LOUD® is an evidence-based treatment program developed by LSVT Global for individuals with neurological and motor speech disorders. As a clinician certified in Pediatric LSVT LOUD®, I am trained to deliver this internationally recognized program to appropriate children.
LSVT LOUD is not traditional weekly speech therapy. It is a certified intensive program delivered 4 times per week for 4 consecutive weeks, for a total of 16 sessions.
This schedule is intentional. LSVT LOUD is delivered four days per week for four consecutive weeks because that intensive, research-supported protocol is what has been shown to produce the best and most lasting outcomes.
The goal is simple and powerful: help your child use a stronger, clearer voice for everyday communication.

LSVT LOUD In-Home Intensive

The complete LSVT LOUD protocol delivered in your home, where your child is comfortable, regulated, and ready to practice. This option is best for families in the Knoxville area who want intensive support without the stress of travel.
Includes:
- Free 15-minute screening call
- Pre-treatment baseline measures
- 16 in-home LSVT LOUD sessions, 60 minutes each
- Daily home practice assignments
- Caregiver coaching at every session
- Post-treatment outcome measures
- Written program summary with recommendations
- Monthly superbill for out-of-network reimbursement
A $500 deposit is required to hold your 4-week treatment block. The remaining balance is due on or before the first session.
LSVT LOUD Teletherapy Intensive
16 sessions · 4 sessions per week · 4 consecutive weeks · Teletherapy
The complete LSVT LOUD protocol delivered through teletherapy for families outside the Knoxville area or for children who participate well through telehealth.
Includes:
- Free 15-minute virtual screening call
- Telehealth readiness check
- Pre-treatment baseline measures
- 16 teletherapy LSVT LOUD sessions, 60 minutes each
- Daily home practice assignments
- Caregiver coaching at every session
- Post-treatment outcome measures
- Written program summary with recommendations
- Monthly superbill for out-of-network reimbursement
Teletherapy LSVT LOUD works best when the child can attend to a video session, has a caregiver present, and has reliable internet with clear audio and video. Teletherapy services are available in Tennessee, Virginia, and Maryland where permitted by licensure and when clinically appropriate.
LSVT LOUD is a complete, time-sensitive protocol. The 4 sessions per week intensity is not optional. Families must be able to commit to all 16 sessions within the 4-week treatment window before enrolling.
The intensity is part of the protocol. LSVT LOUD uses high-frequency, high-effort practice to support motor learning and carryover. Spreading sessions out changes the nature of the program.
