If any of this sounds familiar, you’re in the right place

Most families reach out because something about feeding or communication feels harder than it should. You don’t need a diagnosis or the right words to start.

  • Bottle or breastfeeding difficulties
  • Anxiety about starting solids
  • Stressful toddler mealtimes
  • Difficulty chewing or swallowing
  • Limited food intake
  • Unclear speech or communication concerns

Parent coaching vs. direct therapy

Parent coaching

  • Focuses on guiding and supporting the parent
  • Best for everyday feeding and mealtime concerns when direct clinical treatment may not be needed
  • Available nationwide through the Well Fed Method
  • Not eligible for superbills or insurance reimbursement

Clinical therapy

  • Includes direct evaluation and treatment of the child
  • Appropriate for feeding skill, swallowing, speech, language, or medically complex concerns
  • Available in-home in Knoxville or by teletherapy where I am licensed (TN, VA, MD)
  • Superbills may be available for eligible clinical services
