A therapist who truly gets it.
Hi, I'm Kenzie, a pediatric speech-language pathologist and Certified Lactation Counselor based in Knoxville, Tennessee. I have over a decade of experience supporting infants, toddlers, and families across children's hospitals, inpatient and outpatient pediatric settings, feeding clinics, and private practice.
I founded Well Said Well Fed because I believe families deserve support before concerns become overwhelming. You shouldn't have to feel stuck, second-guess yourself, or wait until things get harder before asking for help.
Whether you're navigating feeding challenges, communication delays, or simply trying to make mealtimes less stressful, I'm here for all of it.
Every family deserves confidence, practical strategies, and a clear plan for moving forward.

Therapy that fits your real life
This practice was built around the belief that families deserve warm, flexible, expert support wherever they are in their journey.
Therapy Comes to You
Every session happens in your home, at your table, in the environment where children feel safest and progress fastest.
Truly Individualized
No two children are the same. Every plan is built around your child's specific needs, your family's goals, and your daily rhythms.
Dual Expertise
Rare combination of speech-language pathology and certified lactation counseling, so your family gets comprehensive care under one provider.
You Are Part of the Plan
Parent coaching is woven into every visit. You leave each session with clear strategies, not just observations.
Practical, Everyday Strategies
Strategies that fit into real life: mealtimes, routines, and everyday moments, not just clinical exercises.
Support Before It Becomes Overwhelming
Families deserve guidance before small concerns become bigger challenges. Proactive, preventative care is always an option here.

"Every family deserves a therapist who shows up. Not just at appointments, but in the real moments that matter."
